Here’s a small taste of what our community is working on currently.
Project Summary: Develop a Tool and development exercises to assist leaders in developing greater self awareness and emotional intelligence, enabling deeper collaboration outcomes within the community.
Summary: Frequency members in the consciousness and personality testing space have come together to create an assessment tool that discovers a leader’s blind spots and unique genius. We integrate these insights into the live event experience through short interactive exercises, allowing a deepening of relationships and creating stronger coherence within the community preventing our ‘triggers’ from derailing our progress.
Project Summary: Empower local populations in Costa Rica to create a brighter economic future through the power of entrepreneurship and innovation.
Summary: Local populations in Costa Rica and other Latin American countries are often negatively impacted by an increase in tourism and foreign investment driving up the cost of living. We aim to develop a program to assist Costa Ricans to empower themselves and develop greater entrepreneurial skills utilizing the opportunities and resources available to them while also improving physical and mental health outcomes.
Project Summary: Develop a map, and database of the best companies and non-profits generating the best solutions for each of the primary sectors of focus.
Summary: With new products and innovation happening weekly, there is tremendous duplication of efforts and a lack of coordination happening among those of us focused on building a better world. We aim to create an interactive dashboard and database to better organize change efforts on a global scale, and provide introductions, resources, and funding to the best solutions from each sector so they can reach mass adoption.

- Frequency is a 501C3 Non for Profit Entity Based in Colorado with a mission to envision, fund, and implement a paradigm on Earth where all live thrives.
- We are first assembling a core team of about 144 members committed to a 10+ year journey to envision, fund, and implement innovations for our greatest challenges together as a community.
- We are in the early stages of writing the thesis for a fund of funds, with the intention to help launch 5 – 10 “Teslas” that have a systemic positive impact on the planet and people.
- We have begun to design a change thesis framework that allows us to engage and support solutions teams for every planetary solution sector, from education, to water, to climate.
- Our intention is that our work tangibly improves the lives of everyday people around the planet for all future generations.

- Any member/attendee can apply.
- Typical cost to attend a Frequency event is about $5,000 depending on desired amenities.
- We are identifying disruptive companies, non-profits, and leaders to support those who have the solutions our planet needs and providing them with the support they need to fulfill their mission.
- We curate a solutions rolodex and find the best of all categories, and provide introductions and coordination between them.
- A portion of proceeds go to benefit the local communities where events are hosted.
- Our annual report details projects started, project OKR’s hit, deals funded, events hosted, and individual member contributions and achievements.
